GYLE HARRIER’SRUN/WALK CLUB - EVERY MONDAY EVENING.  Get motivated and lace up your trainers – whatever the weather outside!  This will help those who have never run before, find the confidence to begin.  You can mix walking and running, you’ll lose weight, lower your blood pressure, reduce stress and have loads more energy.  The cost is £1.50 towards McMillan Cancer Care.
