There’s operatic passion from Puccini and Strauss, Gallic glamour from Maurice Ravel, and – at the heart of it all – Mozart’s exquisite 21st Piano Concerto: probably the most romantic music Amadeus ever wrote, performed by American star Simone Dinnerstein.
