Once you have completed your application form, please either:
- Return it, with your £24.95 cheque payable to Single Connection, to: Single Connection, 100 Morningside Road, Edinburgh EH10 4BY
- Bring it, with your payment, any Tuesday night at 8:30 pm, to: Harry’s Bar 7B Randolph Place, Edinburgh EH3 7TH
